Whenever while using the Find command ie. Ctrl+F , I try to find an amount with decimals for eg.123.00 then excel does not find the amount in the sheet. But if I remove the decimals then it will quickly find it. why is it so ? I have to use the find command very often and I have to remove the decimals for every search I do. How to simplify this Pl. help.

Links? Where??
If Excel says you have links but you can't find them, go to Formulas, Name Manager. Look for old links to dead workbooks & delete.
On the Find Box click the Options button and change the "Look In:" selection to Values.
