Find Duplicates based on 3 criteria using Office 2003

Hi,
Am using Office 2003.. so cannot use IFS. Have to find dupes based on 3 crieteria. Till now was using the below formula which works well for 1 crieteria.. how do I change it to 3 crieteria ? Now have to compare data based on 3 columns and flash dupes.

=IF(COUNTIF($C$3:C4,C4)>1,"DUPLICATE","UNIQUE")

Help please..
