How do I compare two columns in Excel 2003 and have it highlight the duplicates so I can delete those rows?

I receive a report with audited loan numbers everyday and I need to take those audited loan numbers out of my master report so I don't do a duplicate audit on them. I thought it would be easiest to add a column to my master report and paste the audited loan numbers in it. Then have Excel compare the two columns and highlight the dulpicates so I can just delete those rows and continue with my audit. I'm new to formulas in excel..
