I've search for threads containing blank row but I get too many threads containing the words Blanks or row.

I want to put it in a macro to find the first blank row (or last row with data and add one row) to continue with the macro.

As I recall it's something with an xUp command but that's all I remember.

Thanks,
Mark

Which lookup functions find a value equal or greater than the lookup value?
MATCH uses -1 to find larger value (lookup table must be sorted ZA). XLOOKUP uses 1 to find values greater and does not need to be sorted.
Last used row in Column A:

Code:
LR = Range("A" & Rows.Count).End(xlUp).Row
