Find occurrences of Numbers in one column in the ascending order

I have got entries for Order Number in one column and I want to create a counter for each Order Number in the cell next to it. I want the counter to show the occurrence in the way it occurs (ascending order) so I used “COUNTIF” function as shown below. However the result I got was in descending order. I have shown in last column the required result.<o:p></o:p>

Please help me achieve required results (Bold Green Numbers) as shown under the "Help Required to Achieve" column.The solution should also be able to count occurrences for any value within the range (due to mailing constraints above data has only one Order Number repeating).
