Find Text in A Column's cell and bring value in cell below where that text is found in third cell

Hi, Thanks in advance for help.
I want to search in colum A a particular text i.e "off" and bring the value present in cell below of the cell where off is found in third cell.
In whole Colum A same word off is repeated several times with different values in cell below.
i want all those values in another cel through a formula i need.
For illustration purpose i have attached the picture below.

I'm not certain your request is easily understood. At least ... I don't understand what you are seeking.

I apologize if i could not explain my question properly. but thanks for your help you always help people instantly.
Actually i have found the solution i thought i should share it here as well for other people help.

To search the text in colum and bring the value of cell below or above which contain that particular text.

To search the value of Cell Above
Select a blank cell that you want to place the return value, and type this formula =INDEX(A1:A8,MATCH(D1,A1:A8,0)-1,1), press Enter key to return the value. See screenshot:

To search the value of Cell Below
Select a blank cell that you want to place the return value, and type this formula =INDEX(A1:A8,MATCH(D1,A1:A8,0)+1,1), press Enter key to get the result. See screenshot:
