Alright,

So I am having trouble with trying to find a formula that works for me here without getting an error. What I am trying to do is find the Risk numbers (X*Y) that are greater than 0 for each risk. Basically I want to know given the risk "Kinetic" how many times does the risk have a number greater then zero so the answer I should be getting is 1 since Task: Driving Risk: Kinetic is 9.10 and Task: Phone Work Risk: Kinetic is 0. I'm stuck on this and tried multiple formulas. Any help would be greatly appreciated! What I have came up with that I thought would work is the following:

=COUNTIFS(A:A,ISNUMBER(FIND("Kinetic",$A:$A)),$I:$I,ISNUMBER(FIND("0",$I:$I)))

I also have this but this only finds the maximum number and does not count the numbers.

=SUM(IF(ISNUMBER(FIND("Kinetic",$A:$A)),$I:$I))
