Find the top 33% of a Range and conditionally format the column (with names) next to it

Hi everyone, i have tried for hour to find this solution with no luck...

Im trying to conditionally format the names in column B (green) that are in the top 33% if the range in Column A.

Any ideas?

Guessing what you are after, if you select the cells in column B starting with B1 (example B1:B10), see if this CF formula rule does what you want:

=A1>=AVERAGE($A$1:$A$10)*0.67

Thank you very much for the help It did work... however the range over numbers A1:A30 All have formulas (sometimes as you can see produce a black cell, but still formuals are present) but the cells some how still turn green (upper 67%)?

Thank you very much for the help It did work... however the range over numbers A1:A30 All have formulas (sometimes as you can see produce a black cell, but still formuals are present) but the cells some how still turn green (upper 67%)?
