Find value, count it afterwards write as many as the value

Hi Everyone,
I have two separate workbooks, let's call them "sheet1" and "sheet2" I need a code that can do;
It needs to check the word "pound" from row3 sheet1 and counts it then it needs to check "Bi" (i=6; i=i+10) cells in sheet1 for names and write the counts in A1(for other names it needs to use the last row) cell on sheet2 as column and write the names as many as value as column to in A2 sheet2 too. I can't find any solution, I hope you guys can help me :)
