Hi, I am working in Excel 2016 and have two tabs on a spreadsheet - Incident Trending and 2022 Register. On the incident trending tab I have a list of departments in cells A2 to A47. I would like a formula that looks up the department name in the cell, say A2 then looks at 2022 register and if column I has near miss or accident chosen from the dropdown and column J is an "A" in the dropdown, count the number of instances and return a number. Can anyone help me? Many thanks.

How to find 2nd largest value in a column?
MAX finds the largest value. =LARGE(A:A,2) will find the second largest. =SMALL(A:A,3) will find the third smallest
