I'm trying to match the skills offered by mentors to the skills required by mentees.
In the tables below, 1 = yes, 0 = no
How can I match the people from table 1 to the best match in table 2?

Thanks

Excel Facts

Formula for Yesterday
Name Manager, New Name. Yesterday =TODAY()-1. OK. Then, use =YESTERDAY in any cell. Tomorrow could be =TODAY()+1.

your question is not clear, do you want to match Jon's Time (1) with Dave's Time (0) and so on? can you make it clear?

I'd like to match all of Jon's data with the closest possible match in the second table
i.e someone who has chosen the same or closest to the same criteria across the board.

The same would then need to happen to the next mentee until everyone is matched as best as possible.

I hope that is clearer as I really need help!
