Finding cells referencing other workbooks

Sometimes, when I open a particular workbook (typically a complex pricing model, with many worksheets) I get a message saying

"This workbook you've opened contains automatic links to information in another workbook. Do you want to update this workbook with changes made to the other workbook".

Sometimes other people have built the models, or these links may have been inserted by mistake.

Either way, if I want to audit the workbook I am opening (to see if the external links are necessary / valid), is there any easy way of finding these links?

Edit / links will show links caused by formulae.

I'm also a fan of the Name Manager add-in, which clearly shows named variables linking to other spreadsheets. Name Manager can be found here:
