Finding duplicate names & flagging them

In column C I have a list of employee names. Many of these names are repeated (intentionally).

I would like a formula in column A to search the entire list and when a name is repeated have the word "yes" returned along each of the repeated name.

Assuming the names start in C1 and go through C100 (adjust to suit), in A1 and fill down to A100:

=IF(COUNTIF($C$1:$C$100,C1)>1,"yes","")
