How can I Find and display the day (i.e. "23" for Mar 2022) for the 3rd Wed of the current month. Each month as it happens would display the 3rd Wed for that month. All in one cell.

This construct is really cool. Looks like what the OP needs maybe without the DAY function, but we will let the OP clarify
