Finding Y when I know X

Basic algebra here however struggling to write the formula in Excel so would appreciate your help.

I have the following formula:

y = -0.327ln(x) + 4.0877

How do I plot this in Excel i.e. Finding Y as X Changes!

Apologies probably very simple like me!
