Just a short note to everyone that provides a service of whatever nature on this board. I think the service is really amazing and fast. And from what i get from you guys my learning curve has taken off exponentially. I thought i knew a lot about Excel, but you guys proved me wrong. Thank you everyone for your help. I am really really impressed.

Nice of you to say so, Colleen. I also noted that you were kind enough to reply to the thread that I helped you with. Sometimes there is no reply and I just assume that it worked. But it is always nice to have feedback and a thank you is an added bonus.

I agree with you absolutely. Personally I think that this site
ranks above every others in that all posters are treated with
respect and that every question no matter how trivial is responded
to without sarcasm. This is very important especially for newcomers
to the site who have still yet to fully grapple with the rules of posting.
For newcomers and also does that are not able to express their
problems or word them to be easily understood an unfriendly
response can be intimidating and put newcomers in fear of following up.

Luckily the people on this board have been very patient and gentle
in their response unlike other boards where one is onstantly
reminded to read the rules and also some posters publicly declare
what type of questions or post they choose to respond.

My personal feeling to this is if they do not wish to offer any
suggestion it would be preferable for them not to post any sarcastic
comment and instead direct them to the appropriate posts where
a similar answer can be found.

After all the purpose of this kind of forums is for people to help each other.
