Fix conditional formatting in place?

Hi all.

I use Excel 2007, but most of my colleagues use 2003.

When I save a spreadsheet with the brilliant "colour scales" conditional formatting in 2003 format, it doesn't save the colours.

Is there a way I can save the sheet with the colours fixed in place, Maybe by making the formatting no longer conditional, so that they can be seen in 2003?
