Hello All,

I work for a Self-Storage Company and have to constantly make Rate Surveys of our competitors. I use the below website listed below to get rates.

Website: https://www.sparefoot.com/Brooklyn-NY-self-storage/StorageMart-Kent-Ave-Wallabout-70426

When I copy and paste the rates from the website the format is very wrong. It looks something like the following:

5' x 5' Unit
climate controlled,
premium unit,
interior,
8ft ceiling,
floor 1
First Month FREE

5' x 6' Unit
climate controlled,
interior,
8ft ceiling,
floor 1
First Month FREE

Is there a way using vba's or formulas to put the information in a more workable format. Ideally, I would like all of the stores information on one row with the columns as following:
Column 1: Unit sizeColumn 2: AmenitiesColumn 3: Price Column 4: Promotion

Thanks for any guidance!

Can a formula spear through sheets?
Use =SUM(January:December!E7) to sum E7 on all of the sheets from January through December

I assume all this data is in column "A"
Are there any empty cells like in your example between units?

I see how you say the data looks now. Show us an example of how you want the data to look like after our script runs.

In your sample I see no "price"

What separate's the fields?
