Press Ctrl+End to move to what Excel thinks is the last used cell.

You can copy the copywrite symbol from the Character Map utility included with Windows and paste it to the footer. Is that what you mean?

You would need to paste it by Ctrl+v

Alternatively, go to the custom footer box, hold dowm Alt, type 0169, release Alt.
