FORECAST, TREND, GROWTH? Which should I use?

I'm attempting to calculate some projected numbers out for the next few months using the data below;

On Rows 3, 4, 9, 11, 13, I'd like to correlate the data for each month to the row 17, total tech, data. Row 17 I know definitively for each future month, and am trying to correlate how those increasing amounts affect the projected totals for each of rows 3,4,9,11,13.

I've tried FORECAST, TREND, and GROWTH, but am not returning realistic projected totals for each row for each month.

Am I going about this wrong? Any ideas?
