Forecast

Hi,

I need exactly, forecast the volume calls for the next six month. How can I do it?
I try the following functions: forecast,slope,linest and intercept, but don't works how I expect or I doing something wrong.

Other issue, I'm not feel sure of compare the numbers with the past year.

Please help!!!

This post would have possibly been ignored when you first posted it because there is not enough information for anyone to make a useful reply.
If you post some sample data, and maybe a mockup of what you would like the answer to look like, you will most likely get a better response. In the About this Board section you will see links to a new HTMLMaker, and the Excel Jeanie add-in, both of which will let you post screenshots on the forum.
If you look at the number of threads being posted on this forum, it only takes about 20 minutes typically for your post to move down to Page 2. Also, if you want to push your question back to the top (if, say, you haven't had a reply for several hours), reply to your own post and just post Bump in the body text. If you need to add more detail you can do it in that reply post too.
