Hi, I'm wanting to design a form that has 2 sections. The top part the user can add a new customer, and the bottom part would have a complete list of all customers. So when the customer is added, they will automatically be added to the bottom of the list. I can do this seperately but i would like it done in the one form
Any suggestions?

One form isn't going to cut it. You can kind of use one form if you have Access 2007 or 2010 as you can use a split form where there is a datasheet of all records in the recordset and then there is a single form view included on the same form which you can add new records or edit existing ones by selecting the record in the datasheet. There is an option to move the datasheet to either the top or the bottom depending on what you want.

In other versions you would need an unbound form and then two subforms. One for editing and one for the entire set of records. It can be problematic to have two forms using the same recordsource so it might be better to have a listbox with all of the records on the one form and then by selecting the item in the listbox (which can display many fields) some code can do the search and bring you to the record or you can add a new record.
