Format a Calc'd Field

i have a pivot table where i created a calculated field call RPT (Revenue / Transaction).

i want the format of the calc'd field to be "$100.00" but everytime i refresh the pivot (even after setting the format of the column to the desired format.

how to i keep the format?

FYI: i actually simply created a Subroutine to perform the format after refreshing the pivot
