Format a comment?

Excel Gurus,
Is there a way to insert a small chart, or a small range of cells into a comment? Or even a way of setting it up so I can use the tab key in a comment to seperate information?

Excel Facts

Format cells as time
Select range and press Ctrl+Shift+2 to format cells as time. (Shift 2 is the @ sign).
