Hi, just curious what is the correlation in between the July 2002 and the September 2014, should the dates be modified?
Do you want the number with three integer to be separated into three cells each containing one integer?

Thanks for your reply.I would like the data in Excel to be like the text format. After conversion, I want to import the data into another program.

The old data is from the program, I want to update.
