Formato de fecha

Hola!, estoy intentando concatenar 3 celdas.
la primera es un número
la segunda un nombre
y la tercera una fecha

ej:
A1=1
A2=Madrid
A3=16/05/2003

En A4 introduzco la formula:
= a1&a2&a3 , pero lo que me devuelve es: 1Madrid37757 ; es decir, que me formatea la fecha com texto. Com opuedo hacer que me mantenga el formato de fecha al concatenar?
