He Gentlemen,

Am a new member on this forum. My question is how to format a sheet which has an elegant view I mean is I want only to set the colums up to column O and the rows up to 37 which is equal to page 1 as i dont want to display the entire work sheet.

Best Regards,

Nathan

You hide the columns and rows you don't want displayed.

He Dear,

It's not the exact answer, as I know how to hide columns and rows. But this type of format I've seen this from other department which I think something like a page break view or page lay out view but prior to click this option I couldn't see any hide portion. I guess this might formatted view which has a limit of columns and rows to display but you can insert columns and rows at any time. I cannot share this sheet as am not able to upload any attachment.

Regards,
