Formatting a Data Table

I have a bar chart with data table and would like to highlight only one row of the data table. Is it possible to do that? Thanks.
 

Excel Facts

Can you sort left to right?
To sort left-to-right, use the Sort dialog box. Click Options. Choose "Sort left to right"
Sort by date Sort by votes
Left click on any data bar and they should all highlight.
Now left click on the data bar you want to change to select that bar.
Now right click on the data bar and choose "format data point"
