Formatting Cell

I am using this format and formula in cell C3 it works fine most of the time until you get 2 figures added together like 224.11 + 34.99 which I expect the result to be
= £259.10, instead I get = £259.1 , however it will show the last digit if the answer is not zero, for example 224.12 + 34.99 will show = £259.11. Any help would be appreciated.

="= £"&C1+$C$2
