Is there a way to automatically continue on with this pattern? I have been manually entering all the cells.

Thanks.

Excel Facts

Excel Can Read to You
Customize Quick Access Toolbar. From All Commands, add Speak Cells or Speak Cells on Enter to QAT. Select cells. Press Speak Cells.
Welcome to the Board!

Enter your value in your first three cells (1/18/2017 1:45:00 PM).
Let's say that is in cells G2, G3, G4
Then, in cell G5 enter the following formula and copy down for as far as you need to go:
Code:
=G2+(15/60/24)
Be sure to format the result as date/time (or else it will look funny to you).

Sure.

Excel stores days as whole numbers, specifically, the number of days since 1/1/190.
Time is just a fraction of a day. So one hour would be 1/24. 15 minutes would be one quarter of an hour or 15/60.
Just put the two together.

I could have also written it like:
15/(60*24)
or
1/96

I just chose that way to represent 15 minutes as I think it is easier to follow what those numbers mean (15 minutes, 60 minutes in an hour, 24 hours in a day).
