Formatting numbers to a Phone Number Format +44

Hi

I am trying to format a string of numbers (from a CSV file) in to telephone numbers. I have selected Format, then special and thought in the right hand box I could select the type of format English United Kindom +44 but there is nothing there to select. Any other ways I can formta from say 7787 255555 to +44 7787 255555. (Not genuine numbers I made it up

There can be two reasons behind -

At time CSV stores number starting (') thus making a hindrance to format it

Else you can use a helper column and try - asumning Mobile number is in column H starting H2

="+44 "&Text(H2,"#### ######")

Check this and revert

How about custom number format:

+44 #### ###### with number 7787255555

The below is consistent with the suggestions above.
If the import is a number, check the custom format numbers special in your Country/Region
