Forms help!

I have userform which is like:
1st textbox = displaying and updating data from excel
2nd textbox = displaying and updating data from excel.
1st button = close botton

my problen is when i click 1st textbox n press "down arrow key" it moves to end of textbox1 then to textbox2 and then to button.
While i want user need to click textbox2 or press "tab" if he want to go to textbox2 from textbox1.

In the form in design view you can select the textbox and in the properties you can adjust the Tab order to the method you want.

Thanks now I can control the tag option in textboxes but how can i stop moving to next texbox by pressing "down arrow key"?
