Formual need to sort out dates

Hi Everyone,

I need a formular to help me sort payment dates,

Basicly I need a formula that says:

If F2 = (a date between 1st of may and the 14th of may) then the result = 28th May, but if F2 = a date between the 15th May and the 31st May then the result = 15th June.

can someone help me please it driving me mad!

=A1-DAY(A1)+28+(18*(DAY(A1)>14))

what date in July do you want if the start date is 20 June (june only 30 days)?

=A1-DAY(A1)+28+(18*(DAY(A1)>14))

is exactly what i want except that by defult it says = 28/01/1900.
is they anyway i can add to it to say if the cell has nothing in it it = "" for example?
