Is there a formula that could total Freq number found in column B but only when the values in column A are the same?

Location	Freq	Freq	Level
AAA	1		Grew
AAA	1		Grew
AAA		1	Shrunk
BBB	1		Grew

BBB	1		Grew
CCC	1		Grew
CCC		1	Shrunk

Attached is an example of what the formula would output.

I do have another question for a different way to view data. Is there a way to measure the shifts time times from one date to another? For this

AAA	16:25​		1​
AAA	17:35​	1​

To then look like something like this?

AAA	Kept 10:00
AAA	Kept 13:00
AAA	Kept 15:00
AAA	Lost 16:00
AAA	Gained 17:00
AAA	Kept 21:00
BBB	Kept 14:00

I'm unsure about the format of it as well? But this is my best visualization. Anything helps! Thanks!
