Hi All,

Sorry if not clear but not sure how to word the question.

I am trying to put something in place on sheet 1 that a cell takes a calculated value from one of 2 differnt cells on sheet 2 depending on which of the two is populated with a value.

For example

Sheet 1 and cell H30 needs to show the result of a sum from Sheet 2 either cell K6 or K15 which ever has a value. The other will be blank.

Also if possible to have for multiple lines, so if cells K6 - K30 and then also K40 - K60

No problem with a single cell as =Sheet1!IK6 just what is the rest?

Many thanks

Hi there

Sorry but can not enable the XL2BB.

This is for a quotation sheet and I am hoping to show on Sheet 1 in cell H20 one of either 2 values from sheet two which is either in cell K6 or K40 based on whether one has a value or not.

For example if K6 has a value of £0.00 and K40 has a value of £100 then on sheet 1 I would like to have cell H20 show the £100.

Many thanks

How about
VBA Code:
=MAX(Sheet2!K6,Sheet2!K40)
