Any idea on a formula that tells me how many hours are in the current month? Thank you! :)

Excel Facts

Pivot Table Drill Down
Double-click any number in a pivot table to create a new report showing all detail rows that make up that number
Basically number of days in the month*24

Number of days in the month =
=DAY(DATE(YEAR(TODAY()),MONTH(TODAY())+1,0))

Then multiply by 24
=DAY(DATE(YEAR(TODAY()),MONTH(TODAY())+1,0))*24

Hope that helps.

***jonmo1 beat me to it

If it is the current month
Code:
=(DAY(EOMONTH(NOW(),0)))*24

No I didn't....I had typos in there...corrected now.

should be
=DAY(DATE(YEAR(TODAY()),MONTH(TODAY())+1,0))*24

Should be noted that this:
=(DAY(EOMONTH(NOW(),0)))*24
Requires the analysis toolpack from Tools - Addins.
