I have as number of rows with data (ex: B2:B20). the number of cells in section can change based on document

I am coloring them red, green and blue depending on the status. colors will stay the same over different documents

I want to have something that says for 15% is green, 20% red, 65% blue (each percentage would be in its own cell)

so something like = (number of green cells/number of cells in section) *100
Green example = 3/20 (answer = 15%)

Why does 9 mean SUM in SUBTOTAL?
It is because Sum is the 9th alphabetically in Average, Count, CountA, Max, Min, Product, StDev.S, StDev.P, Sum, VAR.S, VAR.P.
