Now I want to display ticket number and name (Col B and Col C) in other sheet whose status is not closed. that means if we have number in column A then display the ticket number and name.

If you don't mind showing it in the same sheet while still keeping the data.

Select your range.
Data...Filter
Uncheck Closed
Click OK.

many ways you can do this, adjust to your needs:

=IF(A2=INT(A2),B2 & " " & C2, "not number")

my example will work with whole numbers, make sure to format the column as numbers without fractions and of course put the formula into whatever sheet you need, you will need to adjust for the sheet name.

INT () is a function as far as I know, the formula passes the value to that function, it check if it is a whole number, and if that passes the test, it bring in the values you want concatinated into a single cell, ELSE if paints the word "not number", or you can replace that with "Closed" or you can grab the real value from that cell A2.
