Formula for value of cell to be determined based on accumulated amount

Dear Community,


Could you please help me to create a formula that limits the amount in the yellow cell in the screenshot below, as long as the cumulative amount in the row below reached 15,000,000.

In other words, the value in cell BN121 should be calculated as 1,106,159 and the rest of the formula in that row should give zeros, in order for the cumulative amount to stay max 15,000,000
