Formula formatting difficulty

I have a pretty basic formula:
=TEXT(MAX(E146:E159),"0.0") & " / " & TEXT(MIN(E146:E159),"0.0")

It works great, except for formatting on negative numbers. Negatives show up as "-10.0" and I would prefer them to appear as "(10.0)". Ive played around with different text formats but cant find what Im looking for.
