Formula Help Please

Morning ,

I have an inherited spreadsheet with the following formula in cell H5
=E14+H7+H8+H13+H14+H16-H19

I would like to add an if statement to this formula , that states
that IF H16 = 0 , then add H19.

I am at a bit of a loss i am afarid to say !

What would you like the formula to be if H16=0 (just write it out in your reply). Then it should be easy to amend it using an IF.

=IF(H16=0,E14+H7+H8+H13+H14+H16+H19,E14+H7+H8+H13+H14+H16-H19)

It isnt the greatest of design SS in the first place , but Danny
has kindly provided what i hope my Boss is after.
