Formula help / suggestion

Hi all,

In cell Q8 I wish to have a formula that will calculate the difference between the value in cell C5 and the last cell populated through C6:P6
eg
if C5 = 50 and D5 (being last cell populated through C6:P6) =10 then Q8=40
if C5 = 50 and H5 (being last cell populated through C6:P6)= 15 then Q8=35

any ideas ?

=C5-LOOKUP(9.99999999999999E+307,C6:P6)
