I don't know if this can be done but I would like my spreadsheet to have the cells the same color when i have duplicate words for instance everytime the word actuator is in the spreadsheet it turns all those cells yellow etc. Thank you kindly for your help.

Try like this. Select the entire range then apply the Conditional Formatting formula shown
