I want to create a formula in the following scenario and need help in executing it.

I have the above excel where we have 4 Company's and this is the information we have on thier inventory for the same exact product. I m trying to figure out if one company runs out of products so instead of ordering them from suppliers, can it be spared from internal company like if intercompany transaction can be done? How to figure out which company has ppducts/parts that can be spared? how much excess products/parts/inventory is available and which company should be pull the products from?

Is it making sense? Can it be done with excel formulas? Not sure If I am thiking right here. Please advice!

Yes, it is available. We just want to have better inventory so that if one company runs out of the product, it should be able to judge whether to go for intercompany or get it from outside(supplier)
