Think i was overcomplicating it! MirakelMan is correct just use sumif

=IF(B1=0,SUMIF($A$1:$A$30,A1,$C$1:$C$30),"")

Or if B needs to be checked just for "GSTTax" then

=IF(B1=0,C1+SUMPRODUCT(($A$1:$A$20=A1)*($B$1:$B$20="GSTTax")*($C$1:$C$20)),"")

or

=IF(B1=0,C1+SUMIFS($C$1:$C$30,$A$1:$A$30,A1,$B$1:$B$30,"GSTTax"),"")

Excel Facts

Does the VLOOKUP table have to be sorted?
No! when you are using an exact match, the VLOOKUP table can be in any order. Best-selling items at the top is actually the best.
Thank you gaz_chops and Mirakel man. Its working perfectly fine and correctly :) You make our life easier.

You're welcome, just beware of using the full column reference as it can slow things down, always try and limit the range to your actual data.
