I really need some help--Please

Need a sumery for Incremental Data entered weekly for a Year, kept Cumulatively for the Yr, then cleared out and started again (new) the next Year.

The CELLs involved are GG25 ($$/Wk),and MM25 (CUM $$/YR).
The Rows vary by a persons Name.
All Rows are to be "Blank" at the start of the year & before the first data entrys.

GG25 gets it's data entered each Wk (from someplace else and is of no concern).
It be any amount from $0.05 to $750.00, or a blank if there is no etry for that Wk.
MM25 keeps a running total of GG25 entries for the Yr.

EXAMPLE:

Start of the year (Blank sheet) GG25-- Blank cell MM25-- Blank cell
WK 1 GG25-- $15.00 MM25-- $15.00
WK2 GG25-- $00.15 MM25-- $15.15
WK3 GG25-- (blank) MM25-- $15.15
WK4 GG25-- $125.10 MM25-- $140.25
WK5 GG25-- (blank) MM25-- $140.25
etc.

I am really not good at script and am hoping someone can figue out a formula to use in ROW MM25 that does what I am trying to do . If so, I thank you very much!

Excel Facts

Can you AutoAverage in Excel?
There is a drop-down next to the AutoSum symbol. Open the drop-down to choose AVERAGE, COUNT, MAX, or MIN
Can you enter the weekly amounts in separate cells? Then you could use a formula in MM25 to provide year-to-date total.

Yes,

there could be up to 215 people for which data could be entered by name on there own ROW, and for which the entry (if there was one) would be re-computed (R9) in the same same ROW.

Thanks,

Fred

PS:

The separate sells that have data entered would be COL's GG25, GG18, GG97, etc, and come from another source. The entries in the both the MM & GG COL's will be in Dollar Form,-- for example, $8.00, $190.00 etc,.

The Cumulative Dollar entries for each person will be in the same ROW, MM25, MM18, MM97 for example.

Note: Prior to the start of the year both the MM Col and the GG COL's should be empty, or a "blank."

I have to go to church now so I will check back tomorrow.

Thanks for the help,

Fred
