Formula question

I need to write a formula that has double proportions. The first proportion is 65:35 the second proportion is 1:2.223. The measurements must be in the proportion of 65 to 35 but must maintain the 1:2.223 ratio. Is this possible?

0, 0 is the only measurment that has a ratio of both 65:35 and 1:2.223

If I've misinterpreted the question, some examples would help.
