Formula required - Spreadsheet attached

Hi, I would be most grateful if someone could assist me of the attached spreadsheet.

I need for column E (Latest % Com) to tell me the latest % entered on that row, however I do not want the search on the day hours just the percentage only columns. So for example for the formula im looking for would tell me the following results

Cell E6=85%
Cell E7=50%
Cell E8=95%
Cell E9=55%
Cell E10=35%
Cell E11=100%
