Hello,

I have a simple question. How do I display the result of a Formula to a different cell without having a formula in the destination cell.

Thank you!

Excel Facts

Which Excel functions can ignore hidden rows?
The SUBTOTAL and AGGREGATE functions ignore hidden rows. AGGREGATE can also exclude error cells and more.
Can you give us an example of why you would want to do this (as opposed to just having an IF formula in the destination cell, for example)?

There may be a different way to approach this if we better understand your situation.

I'll try the Paste Special.

I have a form that will look at certain value(s) the user enters. Then with an IF statement it will determine what message it will display. The message is dependent on the combination of possible variables that the user will choose from. I just would like that message to populate in a seperate cell from that of the formula.

Thanks,
