Formula that Mimics Paste Special: Values?

Hi,

Is there a formula that I could use such that, if A1 contained a formula, I could put another formula in B1 that would paste the value of A1 into C1? I know I can use Paste Special to get values, and I could probably do this with a macro, but I'm leaving my spreadsheet to people who aren't at all computer savvy, and I'd like for them to have to do as little as possible when using the spreadsheet (so that they actually will use the spreadsheet).

Thanks very much for any and all help!

You can teach Excel a new custom list. Type the list in cells, File, Options, Advanced, Edit Custom Lists, Import, OK
